Project Objectives

The project was a large scale system implementation that included a main point of control in the family room for security, lighting, climate, pool, spa, and whole house audio control.

Futurian™ pre-engineered the entire system before the construction of the home had been finalized. Upon move-in the client was given control of all of the sub-systems of his home through multiple in-wall touch screens and his internal computer network.

Multiple whole house lighting and audio scenes have been programmed and are initiated through a button push on any of the touch screens. In addition, a robust camera network covers the property and is easily accessed through any TV in the home giving the client the ultimate in peace-of-mind.
