Almost 60 IP cameras were installed to cover every corner of both the interior and exterior of the building with complete remote access for the owners to access live feeds.
AUDIO DISTRIBUTION
Over 110 speakers throughout the facility deliver the absolute best audio in the entire building. Different zones allow for a variety of music and varying volume levels.
WIFI
A very robust wireless network was implemented to cover all interior and exterior areas with seamless hand-off of devices as people walk through the facility while connected.

VIDEO DISTRIBUTION
Seven individual high-definition TVs were installed throughout the vessel distributing AppleTV, DirecTV, camera surveillance, on-screen user interfaces, and more.
WHOLE SHIP AUDIO
Over fifty individual speakers were wired into centrally located amplifiers delivering audio from video sources, streaming online music services, on-board mobile devices, stored music, and more.
CAMERA SURVEILLANCE
A complete camera network was installed to allow access on and off the vessel keeping an eye on all the most important areas of the ship.
WIFI
WiFi coverage is available throughout the ship with Wireless Access Points strategically placed to give the guests and crew the ability to access the Internet through satellite broadband.

This beautiful penthouse demanded the most advanced technology with its challenging wiring requirements, automated shade controls, and roof-top pool.
SURROUND SOUND
Futurian worked carefully to route wiring for in-ceiling surround sound in the Great Room overlooking the city. Scaffolding was cautiously placed to install a truly amazing surround sound system in the 30’ ceilings.
FLAT PANEL TV INSTALL
Several of the TVs to be installed required absolution precision in mounting each to the solid marble walls and metal studs throughout the penthouse. The weight of the robotic arm which hoisted the TVs had to be carefully considered along with the movement of the TVs.
OUTDOOR THEATER
A rooftop theater was designed and installed with flower pots as speakers and an enormous screen to project an image the entire city could see.
MOTORIZED SHADES
The shading system installed and integrated responded to the natural light at certain times of the day and also had individual presets for morning, noon, and night.
STEALTH SYSTEM
This modern home not only has an incredible view of the mountains, but possesses a sensational array of technology. A very unique implementation of hidden devices within the home keeps the focus on the style with an unobtrusive presence of electronics.
MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT RACK
Through a simple button push, actuators push or pull a completely hidden equipment rack out from inside the wall.
SMART THERMOSTATS
Remotely accessible thermostats monitor occupancy while allowing the owners to change settings wherever they may be.

CAMERA SURVEILLANCE
15 High Definition IP cameras provide the sharpest resolution in viewing the site from anywhere in the world both day and night. High definition video shows a clear picture of facial recognition for trespasser prosecution, and for each plant growing on the site for inventory.
SECURITY SYSTEM
An extensive network of sensors monitor doors, windows, gates, and more. Intelligence within the system differentiates the movement of animals versus humans while delivering notifications of these motion detections to the owner’s mobile devices.

In opening garage doors, and disarming the security system, a series of TVs turn on, lights begin to ramp up, and music begins to play throughout the property.
WIRELESS NETWORKING
An invisible and robust wireless network was setup to cover the entire property. A seamless hand-off of devices to the next strongest signal always provide the fastest Internet access available.

This technologically advanced home features seamlessly integrated electronics that create an awesome means of whole home control. Lighting, climate, security, audio, and video all blend perfectly to create a system that caters to every home technology need imaginable.
HOME PRE-WIRE
The project began with over 400 man-hours spent strategically routing 20 linear miles of audio, video, voice, data, security, and fiber wiring to the main equipment room in this 12,000 sq. ft. estate.
MEDIA ROOMS
This estate had six individual Media Rooms which included state-of-the-art THX certified equipment with acoustic finishing and star-lit ceiling. The Master Bedroom included an in-ceiling drop-down HD flat panel TV and all the kid’s game rooms had 73” TVs with powerful surround sound systems for the most thrilling gaming experience ever.
LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM
Over 1,000 individual lights were added to the system giving the owner convenient, intelligent, and sophisticated control of the home’s interior and exterior lighting. The systems automated features also gained a very efficient use of energy that was greatly appreciated.
OLD PUB NEW TECH

KEYPAD AUTOMATION
As the owners entertain their guests, the “Entertainment Mode” captures everyone’s attention as the twelve different lighting loads start to rotate different colors, Beethoven’s Symphony #5 blasts through the speakers, and 4K Ultra HD TV video comes alive. Guests become awe-struck to say the least.
ELECTRONIC DOOR LOCKS
At the end of the bar you would find a statue mounted atop a hidden box. Pivoting Beethoven’s bust backwards reveals a button in which to push that releases a secret electronic door lock that opens to a safe room behind the walls.
USER INTERFACES
The use of this system has been made very easy with custom programming of buttons on remote controls, in-wall touchscreens, mobile devices, or on-screen TV interfaces to activate the personalized modes requested by the owner.
