This technologically advanced home features seamlessly integrated electronics that create an awesome means of whole home control. Lighting, climate, security, audio, and video all blend perfectly to create a system that caters to every home technology need imaginable.
HOME PRE-WIRE
The project began with over 400 man-hours spent strategically routing 20 linear miles of audio, video, voice, data, security, and fiber wiring to the main equipment room in this 12,000 sq. ft. estate.
MEDIA ROOMS
This estate had six individual Media Rooms which included state-of-the-art THX certified equipment with acoustic finishing and star-lit ceiling. The Master Bedroom included an in-ceiling drop-down HD flat panel TV and all the kid’s game rooms had 73” TVs with powerful surround sound systems for the most thrilling gaming experience ever.
LIGHT ROOM CONTROLS
Over 1,000 individual lights were added to the system giving the owner convenient, intelligent, and sophisticated control of the home’s interior and exterior lighting. The systems automated features also gained a very efficient use of energy that was greatly appreciated.
