This beautiful penthouse demanded the most advanced technology with its challenging wiring requirements, automated shade controls, and roof-top pool.

Surround Sound

SURROUND SOUND

Futurian worked carefully to route wiring for in-ceiling surround sound in the Great Room overlooking the city. Scaffolding was cautiously placed to install a truly amazing surround sound system in the 30’ ceilings.

Flat Panel TV

FLAT PANEL TV INSTALL

Several of the TVs to be installed required absolution precision in mounting each to the solid marble walls and metal studs throughout the penthouse. The weight of the robotic arm which hoisted the TVs had to be carefully considered along with the movement of the TVs.

Outdoor Theater

OUTDOOR THEATRE

A rooftop theater was designed and installed with flower pots as speakers and an enormous screen to project an image the entire city could see.

Motorized Shades

MOTORIZED SHADES

The shading system installed and integrated responded to the natural light at certain times of the day and also had individual presets for morning, noon, and night.
